Ancon wins award for ‘Best Technical Literature’ 2003

Ancon has won the 2003 Construction Marketing Award for Best Technical Literature.

The announcement was made at an awards ceremony hosted by TV and radio presenter Paul Ross. The prestigious award was presented by Michael Ankers, chairman of the judging panel and Chief Executive of the Construction Products Association, who said of the entry

“Ancon demonstrated they had clear objectives and produced literature that stands out as original and innovative. This new literature clearly provides the reader with a most informative picture of potential applications, coupled with a high level of technical detail and accuracy.”

The CMA is the only awards scheme to exclusively recognise and reward construction marketing. Ancon updated its literature style in 2003 and received the award specifically for its new technical information on Wall Ties and Restraint Fixings and Reinforcing Bar Couplers.
